The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) undertakes the architectural review obligations dictated by the Codified Rules, the DCCRs, and any supplements or amendments thereto, and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Association.

The function of the Covenants Enforcement Committee (CEC) is to inspect, review, and report to the Board all infractions of the Codified Rules, the DCCRs for Wekiva Hunt Club, and any supplements or amendments thereto and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Association shall be vested in the Covenants Enforcement Committee (CEC).

The function of this committee is to determine if fines and/or suspensions imposed by the Board of Directors for violations of the Codified Rules, the DCCRs for Wekiva Hunt Club, any supplements or amendments thereof, and the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Association shall be confirmed or rejected.

The purpose of the Events committee is to create social and recreational events for our community. 

The Welcome Committee is responsible for meeting and greeting new residents to Wekiva.

The Wekiva Yard of the Distinction Committee is comprised of a group of homeowners dedicated to selecting homes in the community that meet or exceed Wekiva standards for home and landscaping care.
