Our Women of Wekiva social group is growing.  Please come to any of our events and check us out.  I think we had a record number of members attend our Book Club Meeting at Positanos in January and 14 of our members just got back from a wonderful cruise to Cozumel at an unbelievable rate.  We like to keep active and welcome new members and new ideas.  Please come and check us out.

High school seniors...remember WOW is offering 3 scholarships, one for $250 and 2 for $150 to students that live in the Wekiva area.  Applications must be received by April 4, 2012. Community Garage Sale  garage sale

The Women of Wekiva's Spring Community Garage Sale is back by popular demand and will be held March 10, 2012 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Proceeds from the $5.00 registration fee cover advertising and map printing costs and the remainder going back to the community.  We will be advertising in the Orlando Sentinel, Treasure Chest and Apopka Planter.  Please drop off or mail your registration fee (made payable to Women of Wekiva) along with your name and address to the Association office, 197 N. Hunt Club Blvd. to be received no later than March 2nd.

2012 EGG HUNT
Sunday, April 1, 2012

Come on down to Wekiva Hills Park on Sunday, April 1.  We will have free cookies & juice for the kids.  Festivities start at noon and the Bunny will arrive a little after 2:00 pm.  There will be a photo opportunity with the Bunny after the "Big Hunt", so bring your cameras!  Bring your wallets, baskets & kids for some fun & to help support our efforts to raise funds to help the local schools & charities.  Funds raised by Women of Wekiva go back into our community schools.
